With over three decades in finance and analytics across banking, healthcare, and consumer products, I excel in turning data into actionable insights. I hold an MBA from Duke University and a bachelor's in finance from Hampton University.

My passion lies in community development, volunteering with organizations like Boy Scouts, Big Brothers, Big Sisters, Inc. & Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Guiding young men towards rewarding careers in trades through mentorship, resilience, and growth drives me.

I've collaborated with cross-functional teams to shape strategies and enhance operational processes. The CTRP model leverages key partnerships to develop a resilient workforce and a diverse talent pipeline for the construction trades. This nonprofit effort aims to drive social and economic change, ensuring a sustainable workforce for Charlotte's economy.
